* 1 Margaret Street, Sydney, NSW - 20,753 sqm of office space, purchased in September 2023 for AUD 296 million.
* 100 King William Street, Adelaide, SA - A commercial property with 18,555 sqm of office space, acquired in 2021.
* Port Adelaide Distribution Centre, Gillman, SA - Large industrial site with 167,485 sqm, acquired in 2019.
Other properties include 117 Grindle Road in Queensland and 30 Pirie Street in Adelaide.
