Quantified Ventures is an advisory firm, based in Washington, DC. Quantified Ventures has served as a transaction coordinator for Pay for Success contracts. Quantified Ventures works with private and nonprofit service providers, healthcare systems and governments to design and execute Pay for Success projects and Social Impact Bonds.
In partnership with DC Water, Quantified Ventures closed the nation’s first Environmental Impact Bond (EIB), a Pay For Success (PFS) transaction, on September 2016. This EIB allowed DC Water to shift the performance risk of their green infrastructure project to impact investors. This was a $25 million tax-exempt bond sold in a private placement to Calvert Foundation and Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group. This EIB was the nation’s first of its kind.
