History
Proteans was founded on June 2003 in Bangalore, India by a group of entrepreneurs from Indian Institute of Technology, Sudhakar Gorti and three others: Prashant Singh, Nilesh Patel and Neelam Dwivedi.
CAMO ASA, an IT investment group listed on Oslo Stock Exchange (Oslo Bors: CAMO), acquired Proteans in July 2007. CAMO is a global statistical software and IT consulting firm headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
