Business Incubation was introduced in the early 1960's, since that time the concept has developed from basic functions like the provision of facilities to the services of mentoring and funding for small businesses, thereby serving as a launchpad for new or ailing businesses.

The term PROSPERATOR coined by Allon Raiz is an all encompasing term that aims to explain a concept that picks up from where traditional incubation stop and takes the process to a new level.

In a PROSPERATED environment the focus shifts from the development of the business to the development of the entrepreneur.

Where a traditional Incubator provides an environment for the business i.e. Infrastructure and basic services a Prosperator includes development of thee entrepreneur through training, coaching and personal development.
