Preston Mattingly

Preston Michael Mattingly (born August 28, 1987 in Evansville, Indiana) is an American professional baseball second baseman, who is currently a free agent. He played for the Great Lakes Loons of the Midwest League, where he played 92 games with 6 home runs and 24 RBIs with a batting average of .224.
He was listed as the #10 Dodger prospect prior to 2007 by Baseball America
In 2009, with the Inland Empire 66ers of San Bernardino he hit only .238 in 115 games.
He battled a variety of injuries in 2010 and appeared in only 24 games for Inland Empire (.194 batting average) and 25 games for the Arizona League Dodgers (.237 batting average).
Cleveland Indians
On September 26, 2010 he was traded to the Cleveland Indians for minor league player Roman Pena. The Indians cut him on April 3, 2011.
