Premsai Patel (possibly born May 11, 1896?) is a retired Indian-born government teacher. At the age of , he claims to be the oldest man in India and possibly the oldest living man on Earth. He lives with four generations of his family, consisting of 50 members. He has three sons, Itwari (80), along with Mahesh and Ganeshram. He remarried after the death of his first wife. He hardly falls ill, according to his son Mahesh, and still does work on his own. There are no pre-2005 birth or death records available in the Korba District, where he lives. According to Korba's Chief Medical Officer PR Kumbhkar, it is possible for human beings to live to 117 or older, and he states that age can further be determined through a bone test.
