‘Premier Model Management’, established in 1981, is one of the world's top model agencies, representing some of the fashion industry's most successful faces with models continuing to grace the covers of magazines around the world including British, Italian, American and French Vogue (magazine), Elle, LOVE, Pop, Dazed & Confused, i-D, 10, Wonderland,V, Homme Plus, GQ and Numero to name a few. 
‘Premiers models’ have featured in advertising campaigns, TV commercials and fashion shows of international designers including; Prada, Miu Miu, Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Givenchy, Jil Sander, Roberto Cavalli, DSquared2,Burberry, Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood, Giles, and Christopher Kane, Giles, Paul Smith, Stella McCartney, Marc Jacobs et al.
Founded by Carole White and her brother Chris Owen, the London based agency has played a key role in discovering, nurturing and building the international careers of some of world's biggest models. These include Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Claudia Schiffer, Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford, Kirsty Hume, Suvi Koponen and Estella Warren. 
Carole White is a voice of authority and experience in the fashion industry. Her views and comments are much sought after by the Times, Telegraph, Guardian, Independent, Observer, Evening Standard and Daily Mail as well as by the BBC, TV, Sky News, CNN and many national (TV) and (radio) shows. Carole is well documented within international press as being passionately against racism in the fashion and modelling industry and continually works to help overcome misconceptions surrounding race since opening Premier over 30 years ago.
Chris Owen is instrumental in the creation and implementation of talent-product branding, partnerships and collaborations, having worked on the original concept forDavid Bailey's highly successful ‘Models Close Up’ documentary for Channel 4, creating and developing both Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford's worldwide own brand cosmetics and fragrance lines. Chris was a key figure in producing the Supermodels for George Michael's now infamous ‘Freedom’ video and implemented the booking of supermodels Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Tatjana Patiz and Kate Moss to feature together in the famous ‘Vauxhall Corsa’ car advert and campaign at the time breaking model booking fee records.
The agency runs six divisions: Women, Men, Women Direct, Premier Division, New Faces and Premier Artists. Within these divisions Premier employs bookers who focus on specific areas of the industry. These include campaigns, editorial, catwalk, catalogue and special artist/talent bookings.

The New faces division has a wealth of talent from across the globe both for men’s and women’s, including; Michaelangelo, Callum Ward, Charles Markham, Philippa Hemphry, Kai Newman, Riley, Doug and Waleska to name a few.
Premier has an extremely talented and committed scouting team and regularly takes part in the country's leading model competitions and searches collaborating with high profile sponsors and media partners. A dedicated team of highly experienced professionals has enabled Premier to sustain its success and dominate the fashion world for over three decades, with a real focus on British talent leading the heart of the agency.
Our international scouts have discovered models including; Alice Gibb, Gabriella Calthorpe, Meghan Collison and Katrin Thormann to name a few. India Farrell, Amanda Laine and Heidi Rock.
The Premier Artist division has secured campaigns for talent including; Kate Hudson, Elizabeth Hurley, Stacy Martin, Chloe Norrgard, Dylan Penn, FOXES, Mary Charteris, Whitney Port, Kelly Osbourne , TEED, Portia Freeman, Tullah Harlech, Charlie Casey-Hayford and Tao Okamoto to name a few, and continues to maintain a roster of international actors, TV presenters and stars from the music industry. 
Premier appeared in the award winning seven-part documentary series “The Model Agency”, which aired in February 2011. The series from Channel 4, went inside the offices of ‘Premier Model Management’ to reveal the realities of life in the fashion industry and offered unprecedented access to the world of modelling. Using a multi-camera documentary rig in a commercial environment for the first time, the offices of the famous ‘Premier Model Management’ agency reveals the realities of daily life in the world's most glamorous industry lead by Carole White and her brother Chris Owen who are leaders in their field.
