PowerPlay Manager

Powerplay Manager (the name originates from the ice-hockey term Powerplay) is an online manager game from Slovakia, currently available in 35 languages. The project was oficially announced by the creators in March 2007 and the registration process started in June 2007 with the first version of the manager account. The project is not made by the professional team but the interest of the internet community is huge. Although the beta version of the first planned sport - ice hockey was not launched yet (planned in May 2008), there were more then 35 000 registrated managers in February 2008. PowerPlay Manager will be a collection of the online manager games in different sports: soccer, formula 1, tennis, basketball, baseball, volleyball, biathlon, handball and especially ice hockey To start playing you only need a computer with internet connection and of course a browser. Like the most of the other sport manager games like for example (Hattrick, managers will receive a team with the goal to climb to the highest division. To succeed in this goal, they have to buy players at the transfer market, to scout new talents, to find team sponsors and so on. Powerplay Manager was the first project ever announcing the online biathlon manager game!
