Powerboat training nz

Powerboat Training NZ (PBTNZ) is national provider for powered boating in New Zealand.
History
When the organisation was formed in 2009 the CBES Dayskipper course was recognised as the main recreational baoting qualification, however due mainly to Powerboat Training's strong and active promotion of the internationally recognised Royal Yachting Association powerboat syllabus, New Zealanders are now undertaking more practical on-the-water training.
In 2011 Powerboat Training NZ's CEO Andrew Flanagan was recognised and awarded the Coastguard's national award for enterprise and his role in promoting practical boating courses.
Associations
Powerboat Training NZ works in conjunction with the Coastguard, Maritime New Zealand, Water Safety NZ, NZ Marine and CBES.
Powerboat Training is the National Provider for RYA boating qualifications which are valid internationally.
