"Points of Authority" is a song by Linkin Park. It's the 4th song on the album Hybrid Theory. Between 2007 and 2009, it was perfomed at the beginning and the end with an intro rap from another song, for example: Petrified and Dolla by Fort Minor; by The X-Ecutioners; and also Reading My Eyes, High Voltage and Dedicated from Linkin Park. One example appears in the DVD Road to Revolution: Live at Milton Keynes The song's remix Pts.OF.Athrty was released promotional single. An b-side released by Crystal Method was lanched in the second edition by the Linkin Park Underground. The song is one from the 7 Linkin Park's song that appears in the mash-up album Collision Course with Jay-Z. Music video The music video was directed by , and it was released in the DVD Frat Party at the Pankake Festival. It shows live presentations by Linkin Park during the 2001 tour. |
