Pitra Romadoni Nasution (born 27 October 1990) is an Indonesian lawyer, political activist, and politician from the Crescent Star Party (PBB). Early life Pitra was born on 27 October 1990 in Medan, North Sumatra. He is the second son of Siti Naimah Rafiah Nasution and Ali Gusnar Nasution. He earned his law degree at Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra and pursued his master's degree at Bandung Law School (Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Bandung). He initially started his career as a contractor in a private company while studying at university until he graduated. Career Pitra's career in the legal field became widely known when he became the law advisor for the victims of the First Travel case in 2018. Together with the victims, he filed a judicial review lawsuit to the Constitutional Court of Indonesia to return the assets confiscated by the state. Based on the decree, Pitra succeeded in prevailing the lawsuit and the assets were then returned to the victims. In 2019, Pitra handled the case of fellow lawyer and activist Eggi Sudjana and Kivlan Zen who were reported to Polda Metro Jaya on charges of treason. In 2020, Pitra resolved the case of victims of fraudulent investments E Dinar Coin Cash (EDCCASH). Pitra succeeded in winning the case with the judgment of the Tangerang District Court. In 2021, Pitra was appointed by former Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs of Indonesia Roy Suryo as his law advisor for the case against Indonesian actor Lucky Alamsyah, which resulted reconciliation between Roy and Lucky. In 2022, Pitra was appointed by fellow lawyer Elza Syarief to resolve the case of Fadel Muhammad, where he was removed from the deputy chair of People's Consultative Assembly as a result of a motion of no confidence filed by the Regional Representative Council which resulted in a police report at the Indonesian National Police and a lawsuit at the State Administrative Court Jakarta. In the same year, Pitra handled the case against Nikita Mirzani where public figure Isa Zega was detained for four months based on Nikita's report at the South Jakarta Metro Police.<ref name="bio"/>
