The PIHA Pro playoffs is an elimination tournament in the Professional Inline Hockey Association's Pro Division consisting of four or five rounds of . Teams from each division of the league's two conferences qualify for the playoffs based on regular season records. If a division has four teams, three teams make the playoffs. If a division has five to nine teams, four teams make the playoffs. The final round is dubbed the Founders Cup Finals, which matches the two conference champions. The PIHA Pro has always used a playoff tournament to determine its champion. Its playoff system has changed over the years, from the league's inception in 2002 to the current setup today.
