Piffi Allkrydda Original ("Piffi allround spice"), or just Piffi, is a Scandinavian seasoned salt. Piffi is created and owned by the Swedish company Kockens ("The Chef's"). Ingredients The Kockens version consists of "17 different ingredients, based on salt, chili peppers, onion powder, paprika and black pepper". Its ingredient list reads salt, monosodium glutamate, chili peppers, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, other spices, celery seeds, anti-caking agent (calcium silicate), nutmeg, coriander, cardamum and clove. New flavors In the spring of 2009 Kockens brand launched 4 new Piffi Allkrydda flavors. Including Piffi beef, bird, fish and vegetables. |
