With Pastor Paul as the pastor, PICF is a church that started in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia in August of 2006. It's name PICF stands for Pekanbaru International Christian Fellowship. It is a branch of the fellowship in Jakarta, JICF, Jakarta International Christian Fellowsip. It is located on Jl. Riau, on one of the four main roads of the city of Pekanbaru. It is currently operating at the "Grand Elite Hotel" formerly known as "The Quality Hotel". Many of the expats go to this church, since it is in full English. Some English fluent Indonesians and Chinese also go there. It is a great experience for people young and old.
