One who uses "Only" phones to create images photographically using the camera technology inside smartphones.
Phonetography is the act of creating Photographs with a Phone, hence the name "Phone"tographer. Nashville Entertainment Photographer Jimmy Stratton started using this term after he quite using traditional cameras after 34 years of shooting professionally. Jimmy has been a Phonetographer 100% since he burned his Nikon D700 ceremoniously which he called "Burning Nikon" to back his testimony that he can make more interesting photos with a phone that most folks could with a DSLR. Jimmy also attributes the stunt to acknowledging that DSLRs will soon follow suit of the point and shoot. Sad but true it is coming.
