Career
Michael joined Sirius XM’s boxing show At The Fights in 2014. He co-hosted the show with former heavyweight boxers, Randy Gordon and Gerry Cooney.
Michael then joined NuvoTV’s boxing show, KNOCKOUT, produced by Benny Boom as a host during the second season, alongside Al Bernstein and Gordon.
After leaving the sports media sector, Michael worked for Bisnow Media as their national editor and director of content strategy up until the $50 million sale.
Following the sale, Michael launched New York Equity Group (NYEG), a real estate investment company. NYEG (now NYCE Companies) raised a $25 million investment fund in 2017.
Co-founded with Braithwaite, NYCE Companies is currently developing residential property by Temple University in Philadelphia and Jersey City. In April 2020, Michael and Braithwaite announced that they filled a $50 Million Real Estate IPO where they will partner with 100,000 underrepresented investors to address the millennial wealth gap.
In 2018, Philip Michael authored his first book, Real Estate Wealth Hacking: How To 10x Your Net Worth In 18 Months.
