Philip Gain, is a Bangladeshi environmentalist and human rights advocate and director of , an NGO based in Dhaka. He was previously the director of the Coordinating Council for Human Rights in Bangladesh (CCHRB), a national body to coordinate human rights activities. He is also a journalist, author and documentary filmmaker.
