Philip G. Bell

Philip G. Bell (1948 - ) is a published poet and writer from the United Kingdom. His poetry has been in several anthologies but in recent times his collections have been E book published for Kindle. His children's fantasy novel, "The Elfin Child" is available on Amazon and tells the story of an eleven year old boy recuperating from an illness in the country during the summer holidays with his Aunt. Playing in a nearby wood, the boy is surprised by an Elfin Child, his alter ego. The Elfin Child persuades him to visit a parallel world where a prophecy had told of a human child would rescue their world from a dark peril. The Elfin Child is aimed at children between 9 and 13 years of age although may be enjoyed by children of all ages. At the time of writing, his poetry books include one specifially for children called "The Bookworm" and one for a more general audience called "Another Time, Another Place". The author has travelled extensively and has been interviewed on several radio stations including the BBC and WGMD in the USA.
