Phil Fletcher is a British puppeteer and puppet maker. Hacker T. Dog Hacker T. Dog is a children's comedy puppet performed by Phil Fletcher. Hacker presents CBBC alongside stand-up comedian Iain Stirling on weekdays. He has a half brother called Dodge T. Dog who is performed by Warrick Brownlow-Pike. Hacker also stars in children's TV show Scoop and Hacker Time. Hacker was originally operated by Andy Heath in Scoop, Series One, but when he began presenting, Fletcher took over and also operated him in Scoop and Hacker Time. He also provides Hacker's voice which was absent from Scoop Series One. Other Work Before he began operating Hacker, he worked in CBBC designing and building puppets. He made puppets for shows, such as; Transmission Impossible with Ed and Oucho and Ed and Oucho's Excellent Inventions. He also made puppets for CBBC Presentations. Fletcher is part of a Puppet making company called The Gluvets. Fletcher's style of puppets much resemble Jim Henson's Muppets. Aside from his work in CBBC he worked with Warrick Brownlow-Pike in creating puppets in Educational videos for Coram.
