We Bare Bears is an upcoming American animated television series created by Doug TenNapel and produced by Cartoon Network Studios for Cartoon Network after TenNapel left Nickelodeon. Based on "Mike", an upcoming short that will be aired on early 2015 as part of the upcoming animation showcase on Boomerang,<ref name=Boomerang_rebrand /> it is set to be premiered in Fall 2015. The series revolves around the titular character named Mike. It will be one of the two upcoming television series based on the upcoming animated shorts that will be aired as part of Boomerang's animation anthology series, the other being The Fancy on Disney Channel.
