Phaedon Anastasiades

Phaedon Anastasiades was a Greek Graphic Designer and Painter (February 28, 1970 - June 23, 2001).
Studies
He graduated from the Athens Combined Lyceum in Applied Arts in 1987, and attended the Vakalo School of Arts and Design, with applied studies in visual communication and advertising from 1987 to 1990. In 1990 and 1991 he attended Harrow College, a division of Central London Polytechnic. From 1991 to 1994, he studied for his BA in Visual Communication and Illustration at Wolverhampton University, UK. In 1993 he studied at the Royal Academy of File Art in (Ghent, Belgium), through the Erasmus Programme.
Career
Anastasiades returned to Greece in 1994, and served in the Navy during 1995 and 1996. He worked as an illustrator in "Artoon" (Background Department), producing episodes for the cartoon series "Plato and Pandora". From 2000 to 2001 he collaborated with Mediascriptum (graphic and illustration applications).
