Peter Shalvoy (born 1962) is a celebrity disc jockey (“DJ”) headquartered out of Manhattan, New York City, New York. Beginning his career in 1995, his clientele include American and European entertainers. He has played at nightclubs and/or raves and toured the United States with The Soupdragons, Tom Tom Club, Black Sheep and edibleRed. Career as an Artist An artist and producer, Shalvoy is the CEO & President of Shalvoy Music. He has jockeyed nightclubs such as 1Oak, 105 Riv, Bar 675, 48 Lounge, Bungalow 8, Cain, Centrofly, Crobar, Hiro Ballroom, Kiss and Fly, Le Royale, Lotus, Marquee, Mohegan Sun, PM, Room Service, Serena, Tao, The Box, and Tribeca Grand Hotel, among others in New York City. He also jockeys Atlanta, the Hamptons, Las Vegas, and Miami. He was the opening Resident, DJ, for Cain at the Cove, Atlantis Resort, Bahamas. He practices cross-genre. Among his clients are Madonna, Pete Townsend, Paul McCartney, Janet Jackson, Steve Buscemi, Bobby Flay, Stephanie March, and Donald Trump. He is a regular in Manhattan entertainment news features, such as Good Day New York with Greg Kelly and Rosanna Scotto. His mixing was recently featured in new tour. Member Shalvoy is a 1984 graduate of Cornell University, where he joined the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and through that organization, is a member of the Irving Literary Society.
