In 2012 Reddy founded Pen Groups. Early Life ---- During College days, Reddy was good at electronics, programming, hacking and maths. Aged 20, he designed his own scientific calculator. Reddy always used to carry a screwdriver kit with him and use to open every electronic devices he found. He made his room into an electronic laboratory. College Life ---- During College days, Penchal was studious. Management Style Penchal's role at Pen Groups for most of its history was primarily a management and executive role.
