History
Founded in 2012, the firm has 32 employees, most of which work out of the company's headquarters in Madison, WI. The company was founded by Mark A Hope, a seasoned CEO with extensive senior management experience in a variety of companies including The Coca-Cola Company and Safety-Kleen Systems.
The company received its seed-stage funding from a direct investment by Lindsay-Goldberg backed PSC Environmental Services. Subsequently, the company raised approximately $3 million in early-stage investment from angel investors. In April 2016, Capital Midwest Fund III, led by its Managing Partner, Daniel Einhorn, and WISC Partners, led by Managing Partners Mike Splinter and David Guinther, injected $4 million of additional growth-stage equity in the company.
