Paul Rimmer

Paul Rimmer is is a Mixed Martial Arts coach and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt. He currently trains fitness enthusiasts and professional fighters in Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Strength Training and Conditioning. To date he has guided the careers of some of the most successful Mixed Martial Artists in the UK including UFC fighters Terry Etim, Paul Sass and Jason Tan. In the early years Rimmer spent the majority of 2001 living and training at the Next Generation fighting Academy in Irvine, California training with Chris Brennan, Jeremy Williams, Alex Serdyukov, Rick Estrada, Bao Quach, Gerald Strebendt, Adam Lynn and Buck Greer. In 2002, he founded Next Generation MMA Liverpool and has been a full-time professional coach ever since. |
