Paul Napper

Paul Arthur Napper (born February 23, 1982) is an Irish businessman. He is the founder and CEO of The Dapper Enterprises & Real Estate, and the chairman and founder of Help the Homeless Believe Charity which provides proactive relief to individuals and families challenged or at risk.
Early life
Napper was born in 1982, in Ballymun, Dublin, Ireland. He attended Kylemore College in Ballyfermot. In 1996, he won the Lightweight Schoolboy Boxing Championship.
He received training at the Crumlin Boxing Club under trainer Phil Sutcliff. Napper was also a horse rider and traded and sold horses from the age of 12.
Career
Napper's interest in business started in 2000 when, aged 18, he set up a business involved in building and developments in Dublin. In 2008, he moved to Australia on a twelve-month work visa and continued to work there in the Perth building and development industry.  
After receiving an offer to work in real estate, he established a notable presence in the Perth real estate market. He sold several properties, including a Kalgoorlie Street residence in Mount Hawthorn, for AUD 1,080,000. Napper set a Leederville land sales record by breaking the record per square meter price at a Byron Street property sold for AUD 1,170,000.
In 2014, he established The Dapper Academy, a six-week high-performance coaching academy that connects young people from low-income communities to the corporate sector.
Philanthropy
Napper is involved in charitable activities, including the Brixton Soup Kitchen and Rotary Perth. In 2019, he registered to Help the Homeless Believe Charity to help individuals and families in need around the Perth area. He also participates in charity events and fundraising and provides needed supplies in person.
Personal life
Napper met Jessica Blann-Godwin, and they have a son Kyuss Paul Napper. As of 2022, he is single. He is writing an autobiography titled Council Estate to Real Estate.
