Chris Boswell (real estate agent)

Christopher John Anthony Boswell (born March 27, 1982) is a Dubai-based real estate agent.
Career
Boswell has sold over US$1.16 Billion in Dubai, London, Los Angeles, Paris and New York Real Estate. Since 2006 he has sold 100 Palm Jumeirah properties. In 2015 he brokered a US$50m (AED185m) beachfront home sale which remains the highest private residence sale in Dubai's history. The deal also represents the most expensive private home to be ever sold on Palm Jumeirah.
Boswell has also overseen the Sale of Private Islands.
In May 2021, Boswell represented Seller, German Property Developer, Holger Albers for a US$19m Palm Jumeirah Villa sale, setting another record for a property of it's type.<ref name=":0" />
