Paul Hayes (radio presenter)

Paul Hayes is a British radio presenter and voiceover artist who presents on the Magic family of stations and on Virgin Radio Chilled.
Early life
Hayes has a brother. At the age of 15, Hayes and a friend started a wedding disco business. He attended university for a year, but stopped attending because he was offered a job.
Career
Hayes' career in broadcasting started when he worked on the Young Good Morning programme on BBC One.
Hayes' radio career began when he started presenting on Neptune Radio in Kent, where he worked from 1998 until 1999.
Around the turn of the millennium, Hayes presented the weekday late show on Southern FM. He then presented at Galaxy Yorkshire.
As of 2003, Hayes was a presenter of the weekday mid-morning show at TFM in Cleveland.
Between January 2004 While in Dubai, he also presented on Coast 103.2.
Until 2013, Hayes presented for three years on 92.5 The Beat in Montreal, Canada. While at the station, he presented the Heartbeats show between 8pm and 11pm on weekdays, which focussed on love songs and listeners' dedications. As of 2021, Hayes presented the weekday early breakfast show between 4am and 6am and a 10pm-midnight show on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays on Magic Radio.
In 2023, Hayes became the Content Editor at Radio News Hub, which supplies bulletins of news and other information for radio stations across the world.
Hayes has presented across the Magic network of radio stations for several years. Hayes currently presents the weekday breakfast show between 7am and 10am on Magic Soul (which he began presenting in 2022), the weekday drivetime show between 4pm and 8pm on Mellow Magic and the Monday-Thursday early breakfast show between 4am and 6am on Magic Radio.
In addition, Hayes works at Virgin Radio Chilled, where he presents the weekend breakfast show between 6am and 10am.
As of 2017, Hayes was voiceover for Radio 2, a radio station broadcasting across the United Arab Emirates.
Personal life
Hayes has a son.
