Paul Anthony Rivers is president and founder of Sources for Students, LLC, a college financial aid consulting company. He is known as a Financial Aid Expert within the college aid industry. Also, clients consider him a prudent strategist, and several have named him the "Dollar Scholar". Paul has helped thousands of students obtain millions of dollars for college. He is the author of “HU$TLE!: How To Get College Cash By Using Street Smarts”. In addition, His advice and expertise is sort by many and he is featured in several news articles on college funding. Biography
Mr. Rivers experience in financial aid spans two decades. His career started in the 1980s as a college student when he was able to accumulate over $30,000 in college funding. He graduated with an associate degree and eventually a bachelor's degree without paying a penny. This experience made him very knowledgeable in the college financial aid system that in the 1990's he became a financial aid administrator. He crafted and perfected his skills at the following institutions: Monroe College, Bronx, NY; Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, NY; The Ultrasound Diagnostic School, Elmsford, NY; College Careers in White Plains, NY. His successful experience with clients inspired and prepared him to establish Sources for Students In 1991; an affordable service to help students and families maximized on financial opportunities.
Mr. Rivers has a B.S. in Business Public Management from State University of New York Institute of Technology, Utica, New York, a Certificate of Completion from the New York State Financial Aid Administrators Association (NYSFAAA), a Certificate of Accomplishment from the H&R Block income tax course. Mr. Rivers is affiliated with the following prestigious organizations: Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA), and the Information for Financial Aid Professional (IFAP).

Sources for Students Scholarship Fund, Inc.
Sources for Students Scholarship Fund, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization established for the primary purposed of helping underprivileged young adults educationally and economically. They offer educational workshops combined with motivational counseling, programs, and services annually. Also, SFSSF has two scholarship programs that are categorized as “Local” or “National” scholarships to help students pay for college expenses.
Local Students
Students who live in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) have an opportunity to get funding to help pay for college tuition or tuition related fees, textbooks, or room and board. The program provides awards to students in High School, College and Graduate school. To qualify there are income guidelines, a community service commitment and students must have a “C” average or above.
National Students
Students from all backgrounds can win a scholarship to help pay for college or college related expenses. This scholarship is awarded annually.
