I liked the film "The Money Masters but I have a problem with the coment " The Constitution remains silent on the issue of paper money"
Article one sec.10 reads in part "No State Shall...emit Bills of Credit;Make any thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts.." James Madison said "the pretext for a paper currency, and particularly for making the bills a tender, either for public or private debts, was cut off."

Article I, Section 8, Clause 5 states that Congress shall have the power “To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin,” with no mention of any restriction to gold or silver. This difference has been clearly recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court

also, bill still is a nut case

Thank you for your outstanding contribution to helping us all understand "how things are" in our present monetary paradigm.

Both "The Money Masters" (by you) and "Extreme Money" (by Satyajit Das) are masterful overviews of the world's socio/economic and political realities.

Obviously, the last few years have borne the bitter fruit of repetition for all the evils and dangers you have painstakingly elaborated upon (especially in your pdf transcript).

For all the insights you have provided me, I am forever in your debt (how's that for irony).
