Patric Elder

Patric David Arne Elder; born May 27, 1973 is a Swedish Teacher and IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) coordinator at Sunway International School, Sunway Iskandar, Johor Bahru. Elder serves several roles in the International Baccalaureate Educator Network (IBEN) such as School Visiting Team Leader. Elder is currently embroiled in controversy for maladministration in his capacity as IBDP coordinator.
Early Life and Education
Elder was born in Sweden and migrated to Canada.
Elder obtained a BEd from the University of Alberta in Technology which influenced Elders' teaching career.
Early Career
After obtaining his degree, Elder migrated back to Sweden to teach a middle school. After 2 years of teaching in Sweden, Elder explored other endeavors, teaching in countries such as Azerbaijan, Qatar, China, The UAE and Vietnam.
Fueled by his passion for the IB, Elder served several coordinator roles and became part of the IB's School Visiting Team.
Sunway International School, Sunway Iskandar
Elder currently serves his most expansive and prominent roles in Sunway International School, Sunway Iskandar, a prominent Johor international school, as the IBDP and IBCP coordinator.
