#1 The Mouth piece(The Beak):
The mouth piece is the tip of the recorder where you blow in air to make a sound. Here are some tips for using a mouth piece
- Never let your tongue touch the mouth piece for it will bring in spit.
- Never let your teeth touch the mouth piece for it will leave scratches.

#2 The window:
I don't have much to say about the window for it the part which lets out air and creates the sound. Here are some tips to not block out the sound.
- Never block or cover the window or you wont hear the sound and you might hear a screech.

#3 Tone holes:
The tone holes are the holes that make the music for its the part the tones the sound. There are 6 holes (1 on the back of the recorder) and you usely use the 1 on the back and hole 1 to start a song but not in all songs.

#4 Double holes:
The 2 double holes are the holes that give you low tones and here is one tip about using double holes.
- Always cover the whole entire hole or else you might get a screeching sound.
