Parasmani Dangal (Parasmani Shama) (born July 5, 1982) is an Indian Nepali journalist and writer from Sikkim. He is an editor of Nepali Daily Samay Dainik. Dangal was born in Central Pendam Bhurung in East Sikkim. His novel Lakshatira and mega poem Ahartava are published in 2006 and 2003 respectively. He is founder of Sahitya Srijana Shakari Samiti Ltd. (Writer's Co-operative of Sikkim).
In May 2009, he was awarded with Ram Patro Memorial Award, constituted by the Sikkim Express, as "Most Promising Journalist of the State". On June 13, 2009 Parasmani Dangal elected as second president of the Press Club of Sikkim(PCS).
