Pam Pinnock (born May 7, 1973, Pearl, Mississippi) is an author,actress, journalist and publicist. She is best known for working with artists Jay-z, John Legend, Ludacris, Ludacris Foundation, and rapper Gucci Mane. She is a freelance journalist for several urban publications, and author of the book The Father Fracture.
Biography Pam Pinnock is an actress,author, publicist and journalist. She has a bachelors degree in Journalism and minor in Public Relations. As a little girl around the age of five, she knew she wanted to become a journalist. "I remember standing in front of the mirror with a hair brush as my microphone. I carefully pronounced every word all while pretending I was interviewing some famous person. People often ask me how come I don't sound like I'm from Mississippi and I say, practice!" After graduating from college she decided she wanted to travel, and see the world. So she did what she was best at doing; she created a way to make it happen. She embarked on a three year adventure traveling abroad to exotic places like Jamaica, Aruba, Cancún and Spain, Ireland, Germany.
Later landing in Atlanta where she found and operated her own advertising referral service. Feeling unsatisfied and unfulfilled, her strong desire for writing led her back to what she knew in her heart to be her first love. Journalism. After brief stints with several television news stations she was offered a position with an entertainment PR company as a publicist. There she worked with signed and unsigned artist writing press releases, bio's and pitching her clients to different media outlets. Word spread pretty quickly throughout the hip-hop community, that there was a country girl from the south who had a mouth that just would not quit. Pam's flare for getting her clients right smack in front of the media's attention caught the attention of several urban magazine editors. Her feature articles can be found in several hip-hop sites like Indiestreetent.com, Yoraps.com, Soundslam.com, Hiphophustlaz.com. Interviews with artist and R&B singing group Jagged Edge, Yung Joc, The artist Speech, from Arrested Development Dark Room Productions to name a few.
As a journalist she has had the opportunity to sit down with and interview basketball great Magic Johnson, actress Jasmine Guy rapper and hip hop mogul P Diddy, Divorce Court Mablean Ephriam. Keeping to her grind she completed her first novel entitled The Father Fracture. Her memoir released October 19, 2007. She is founder of A List Public Relations, a PR Firm located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Early life Pam Pinnock is one of seven children. Pinnock grew up in a small town in Mississippi, not far from New Orleans near the same city and home town of actor, playwright Tyler Perry. Pam Pinnock, attended Southern University, where she received her bachelors degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations.
