Palki Upadhyay (née Sharma)(born 29 May 1982) is the news reader of CNN-IBN. She hosts the prime time 9pm show on India's most awarded and premier news channel - CNN IBN. She also interviews leading authors for her channel. Some recent interviews include Nasiruddin Shah, Anuja Chauhan, Amish Tripathi & Chetan Bhagat. She shot to fame during her days of hosting the breakfast news show with Tracy Shilshi (2005-2010). She did her post graduation in journalism and her graduation from International College for Girls, Jaipur. In 2008, Sharma married Sanket Upadhyay, Senior Editor (News) with INDIA TODAY TV. Palki Upadhyay was born in Pilani. Her parents live in Jaipur. |
