Owor Paul

Owor Paul is a Ugandan politician and businessman. In the 2021 Ugandan general election, he vied for the parliamentary seat in Busiro South Constituency in Wakiso District with Charles Matovu and Peter Ssematimba.
Education
Owor completed his Primary Leaving Exams at Kiwafu Primary School in Entebbe in Wakiso district. He finished his Uganda Certificate of Education at Turkish Light Academy. He completed his Uganda Advanced Certificate from St. Lawrence Creamland campus in 2010.
In 2014, he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Procurement and Supply Management from Makerere University Business School, a school of business of Makerere University, Uganda.

Owor serves is the CEO and founder of Shinrai Construction Company, a construction company in Uganda
