Overseas Marine Certification Services (OMCS) is a risk assessment organization which provides services of certification, , verification and consultancy services and products to concerns. OMCS is appointed by the Panama Maritime Authority (PMA) as a Recognized Organization and a Recognized Security Organization. OMCS offers statutory and classification services to the world-wide maritime industry. It seeks to protect the safety of life at sea and the protection of the marine environment ensuring vessels are built and operated in compliance with international standards and (IMO) regulations. OMCS has a network of offices distributed throughout the major ports of the world. The home office of OMCS is located at Balboa, Republic of Panama. |
