Order of the Dragon Series

The Order of the Dragon Series is a series of Action/Adventure genre books written by Brock Mays. They are set in the mythical land of Gielinor, and are based around a group of warriors called the Order of the Dragon. The Order goes on many adventures and faces many dangers. There are three installments at the moment, with a fourth on the way.
Book 1: Order of the Dragon;
Book 2: A New Order;
Book 3: Choir of Souls.

Summary of Book 1
Xanthan and his brother Verahim go to get help from the elves to fight in a war against the Kohr (goblin like warriors), as Xanthan's father, cousin, and royal guard go to get the dwarves. Neither come, and Varrock was destroyed, King Romiton was killed by the Dark Lord Valistaran, and Romiton's group was sent to the abyss. Xanthan and Verahim met some elf friends who came with them on their adventures. Shanthah found Valistaran's locket, which held his soul. On an epic battle, Xanthan was nearly killed by a falling timber, but Shanthah stabbed Valistaran's locket and gained all his power, but is forever encased in armor. A few of the Order are killed, so they set out to find the legendary fountain of life, but need Valistaran's help to find it. They finally reach it, but when Valistaran bathes in the fountain he gains his power. The Order all bathe in the fountain, granting them near immortality and supreme senses. To defeat Valistaran, they must find the four items of the Elements. After many adventures, they finally set out in war against Valistaran. Valistaran is killed by Xanthan, but Dionysius was killed in the war. Xanthan and Rayshel get married, and have two children, Sara and Polmafi.

Summary of Book 2
The Order's children are taken because Valistaran's son Valis is needed to revive the evil god Zaros. The Order follows them until they rescued them, but it was too late. Zaros was reborn, and all of Gielenor was ruined. Xanthan defeated Zaros by destroying the ruby Eye of Light, but sacrificed himself in the process. Rayshel remembered that if Xanthan died, she would die too, so now the valiant Order of the dragon seeks to rescue Xanthan, and save all of Gielenor..

Main characters
* Xanthan Romiton Romus, The main protagonist of the series. He is the son of King Romiton.

* Rayshelia Sara Piliu, (Aka Rayshel) Xanthan's love interest, and one of the other main protagonists. She has extremely blue eyes, and is very beautiful. She has three sisters; one marries Veliaf, the other marries Radigad, and the other was killed by Vanstrom five years before the first story.

* King Romiton, The King of Gielinor and father of Xanthan and Verahim.

* Verahim, Xanthan's brother, and king of Gielinor after his father's death.

* Shanthah, King in Silver Armor. He stabbed Valistaran's soul inside the locket, and gained all of the dark lord's abilities and powers. He also became king of the eastern half of Gielinor.

* Ronin Jakoni, Vampire lord and a protagonist of the story.

* Josman, a member of the King's Royal Guard. He is 6'8 inches tall, and nearly just as wide. His great strength is very useful to the Order. He is an experienced sailor.

* Earendur, a skilled elf mage who joins the Order on its journey. Earendur has silver hair.

* Aeriandir, Earendur's brother. Aeriandir has golden hair.

* Veliaf, The leader of the Order of the Dragon

* Valistaran, The Dark Lord and main antagonist of the first book, but a protagonist in the third book when he is reborn. He is Valis' father, and looks like an older version of Valis.

* Valakor, The Leader of the Court of Saradomin , a group who looks after the world to ensure its safety. In an interview with the author, it is revealed that there is a reason Valakor cannot take his armor off. In the interview, Mr. Mays also says Valakor is one of his favorite characters.

* Valistranius (Aka Valis), Valistaran's son and main protagonist of book 2. He has dark black shoulder length hair, and a fierce bravery for his friends and family.

* Sara, Xanthan and Rayshel's daughter, main protagonist of book 2, and love interest of Valis. She has eyes as blue as her mother's, and dark brown hair. She is very beautiful, and very skilled with a blade.

The Order of the Dragon (Formerly the Myreque)
The Myreque was a freedom-fighting group in Valistaran's kingdom. They fought against the vampires to liberate the citizens of the southern half of the empire. After the Myreque met up with Xanthan and his companions, it was renamed the Order of the Dragon. Members include:
