The Ontario Weather Service (OWS) is a private weather service based in Southern California. It provides online weather forecast discussions for upcoming weather events and a 7-day forecast planner.
The Ontario Weather Service has weather spotters and weather reports, who send in weather reports from their respective locations, giving observations attached to a timestamp. The Ontario Weather Service is not part of the National Weather Service.
The OWS was founded on January 1 2000 in Mira Loma, California by Kevin Douglas Martin as an email list.
