Historically, Okwä University is created to fill the vacancies of the higher educations centers which are left behind in North Sudan after the referendum vote of South Sudan people for the secession on January 9th, 2011. Since many ten thousand university and college students of South Sudan are going to be left without schools unlike their previous student lifestyles in the Northern part of Sudan, Okwä University founders and co-founders have teamed up to formed the better, easier, and highest ways of getting Southern Sudanese students to the universal levels of education which they always want. This is their chance and the chances of all international students who are interested in pursuing their certificates, diplomas, and bachelor or master degrees in the near future at Okwä University in South Sudan. Because our South Sudanese university and college professors, instructors, tutors and/or teachers have lost their professional jobs and employments of teaching/ and/or instructing, teams of Okwä University founders and co-founders have managed and agreed that their jobs are not lost but have been reserved for the later days and for their best wishes to be fulfilled, Okwä building is on its way up above to create more jobs for them (teachers, professors, & etc in South Sudan) and for all international professors and students who would like to change careers for the causes of Okwä University.
