Observify

Observify is a software as a service (SaaS) company founded in Stockholm, Sweden, in 2014. The company’s product, launched officially in January 2016., is a media intelligence cloud solution, designed to provide users with a quick, comprehensive means of collating available data on their online reputation.
Product
The platform crawls social media channels, news articles, blog posts and forums to extract mentions of the user’s chosen "monitor(s)". Observify then returns the mentions collected in the form of a live feed, which updates in real time.
The company provides tools for community management and sentiment, targeting dedicated digital communication professionals, as well as business owners interested in what their users say about them online.
History
Observify materialised "After trying several online monitoring tools and not finding one that was simple enough", with the team building it themselves. Users of the platform appear diverse, ranging from the Swedish National Museum of Science and Technology to Marimekko
In April 2016, its Live View feature was used at From Business to Buttons, an event focused on sustainability, user experience and service design. Al Gore was a keynote speaker, with the Live View social media display showcasing an approximate 1500 live tweets, Instagram posts and other mentions. In July, a social media display was created featuring the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games.
On August 31, Observify released a real-time statistics page to visualise the climax of the 2016 transfer deadline window in football.
In the lead up to the 2016 US presidential election, Observify’s social media data was featured by Computer Sweden on November 7. Foreshadowing Donald Trump’s eventual triumph, the media outlet asserted that "Trump wins - on social media", supported by statistics provided by Observify.
On the same day, Gamereactor EU quoted Observify’s data while reporting on the video game Overwatch, during the BlizzCon 2016 convention.
