O Acaso do Erro

O Acaso do Erro (English: "The Chance of Error") is the first EP the band rock Brazilian Fresno, released on 2001 independently.
Background and concept
In late 2001 the band released their first EP - O Acaso do Erro, with 6 tracks ("Seu Namorado É Um Idiota", "Se Algum Dia Eu Não Acordar",...). During the recordings, Leandro, who was the singer, decided to leave the band. Lucas, who has always been the main songwriter, took over the vocals and the band provided the training business: 4 members.
Cover
The album cover is a picture of a man protecting himself from something, so hands on his head. He is a kind of room very similar to those of psychiatric hospitals.
Music
From Rio Grande do Sul, the Fresno brings a melodic punk astray and fun, with lyrics in Portuguese and gaucho accent (could not have!).
The Promo-EP or demo CD, if you like, entitled "O Acaso do Erro", has 5 songs in addition to the acoustic bonus track "Se Algum Dia Eu Não Acordar", by far the most emotional CD.
The band has a good potential to be developed, already showing good composition, excellent vocals and instruments played. The mushy love letters in the right direction, ranging from the debauchery ("Seu Namorado É Um Idiota") and the pain of a broken heart. The recording quality leaves something to be desired, but it falls to us, since everyone knows the difficulties of finding a good place to record. Furthermore, the guys are soon to bring something better for us, since they are preparing to record their first CD later this year. Reminder: the band still has no stamp or label...
Listen carefully, "Se Ao Menos Você Voltasse", great song on the new relationships at a distance and through the Internet, and the acoustic track "Se Algum Dia Eu Não Acordar".
