NTSwincash

NTS New Technology Systems GmbH has been founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Dörnbach, Upper Austria, Austria. The company is developing Point of Sale software and retail management systems. The main focus of the company not only lies on the software development, but also on the integration of these software solutions to complex background systems. The software NTSwincash is mainly deployed in the telecommunication sector, the public and utilities sector as well as in industries with consultation-intensive products.

The NTS New Technology Systems software NTSwincash consists of several modules for both the branch offices and the management of a retail company. The software modules used in the branch offices are designed to optimally support all shop transactions. The shop assistants use the software to gain comprehensive information for a professional customer assistance as well as on customers and their buying behaviour and the online call up of data from external systems (e.g. mobile phone activation or billing). The wincash management modules are used by individual departments in the head office for efficient controlling and organisation.

NTS New Technology Systems GmbH offers very individual software solutions tailored to the requirements of the company. The companies using NTSwincash software modules integrate them into their existing systems using the NTSwincash software interfaces.

History
Since its establishment by Günther Schrammel in 1997, NTS staff numbers have continuously grown whereby the entire growth has been financed through the current cash flow.(source: NTS Group International).

Modernisation
A general product modernisation and extension was started in 2004 to stay abreast of the latest technological developments. This investment serves amongst others the development of new software products for mobile applications and repairs handling as well as flow into the functional, technological and conceptional redesign of the NTSwincash standard software.

Installation Base
In addition to large international telecommunications companies such as E-Plus, o2, Debitel, Swisscom, Orange, Mobilkom, Telekom, T-Mobile, Telering, ONE, H3G (drei), VIPnet, HR-Telekom, SI-Mobil, Vodafone, Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company (du)… as well as technically oriented retail chains such as Niedermeyer (Austria), m-Punkt (Poland), mobilezone (Switzerland), our customer base also includes provincial and federal public service providers (Austrian Ministry of the Interior, Austrian Federal Police following validation and release by the Austrian Ministry of Finance) as well as museums in Austria and Germany.

Business Fields
NTSwincash, the proprietary standard software internally developed by NTS software engineers is primarily deployed in specialist technical retail and service providers (public utilities, utility companies…) and in public services (ministries, provincial administrative offices, municipal administrative offices) across Europe and in Arabia.

Within the retail sector (specialist technical retail), mobile telecommunications represents the primary market of NTS New Technology Systems GmbH. In virtually all projects the NTSwincash software is integrated by NTS engineers into large ERP systems such as SAP R/3, ORACLE applications and other back-office systems such as billing, activation and CRM systems.

Markets and Export
75% of our turnover volume has been realised in foreign projects for years, from Denmark across the continent all the way to Dubai. The future focus lies in the sales markets of Southern and Eastern Europe as well as Arabia. For this purpose NTS has continuously extended the distribution concept by intensifying the international alliances and partnerships.
