The North London Skydiving Centre Ltd. is a British Parachute Association (BPA) affiliated parachuting centre and skydiving drop zone based near Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. Facilities and training The centre operates from Chatteris Airfield, which it shares with AAA-Microlight flight training. The airfield has 8 runways ranging in length from 405m to 635m all of which are grass. NLSC operates 2 aircraft, a 13 seat GAF Nomad and a 19 seat de Havilland Twin Otter, both aircraft are US-registered and owned by Delaware-based trusts. NLSC operate a Vertical wind tunnel on site, as a training aid for the skydivers. The centre offers Accelerated Freefall (AFF), RAPS (Static line) and Tandem skydiving courses. In addition, they also offer a TAFF (Tandem Assisted FreeFall) course as an alternative to the traditional AFF course.
