Production
Working on his second film, director Spencer Hawken utilized skills and relationships acquired in shooting his first zero-budget film, Death Walks, and kept the film a very local operation, using nearby businesses, and houses of friends and acquaintances. Hawken planned to cast some actors from the first film he created. The film is loosely based upon a couple of true stories that had deeply disturbed Hawken. He believes that the best kind of horror is the kind that can really happen. The film also allowed him to bring Vicki Michelle to play the character of Dr. Victoria Spencer. She is best known for her role as Yvette Carte-Blanche in the BBC television comedy series ' and as recurring character Patricia Foster on Emmerdale.
