Nicholaou dropped out of school before completing the tenth grade at Agoura High School. When eighteen he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, and gaining his GI Bill benefits, began college upon his discharge in 1974. Christian faith Nick started attending the The Bridge Bible Fellowship (known then as First Baptist Church of Reseda a few months after becoming a Christian. Focusing on building relationships with those who seemed more intent about growing in their faith, he grew in his faith, knowledge, and exercise of his spiritual gifts and was a member of the congregation there until he graduated college. After college he relocated from Los Angeles County to Orange County and began attending the First Evangelical Free Church in Fullerton where he met his wife, Grace. Nicholaou and his family attend Seabreeze Church in Huntington Beach, CA. Career Nicholaou left home at an early age and had many jobs as a teen and through college. Upon graduation from college he was hired by Ford Motor Company, and later by General Motors Corporation. While working for GM he had the sense one morning that the Lord was telling him that he was to do something different. "Last night's pepperoni", Nick said. But when it happened again each day for the next couple of days, he decided he needed to tell his new wife. To his surprise she said, "I've been getting the same thing!" They began a process of researching what operational management help The Church needed, and then launched Ministry Business Services, Inc. (MBS, Inc.) in response. That was in November of 1986, and they have been serving Christian churches and ministries nationwide ever since. Books authored by Nicholaou * Church IT: Strategies & Solutions
