History New American Funding, originally Broker Solutions, Inc., was founded in 2003 by husband and wife team Rick Arvielo and Patty Arvielo. The company began as a retail call center focused on fast home loan closes. By 2006, New American Funding had grown by 300%, which allowed the company to expand into a realtor-based lending company. New American Funding moved its offices to Tustin in 2012 to allow the company more room to expand its growing mortgage operations. The company has an 80,000 sq. ft. space in the Tustin Metro Link building.
