Neuttro is a Puerto Rican alternative-metal band from Ponce, Puerto Rico. Formed in 2002 the band originally consisted of Gabriel del Campo, Eric Ortiz, Norberto Roche and Felix Ortiz. They started playing in clubs like Hard Rock Cafe, Señor Frog's, also in Fiestas Patronales and the 2004 International Annual Tattoo Convention celebrated in Isla Verde. In 2005, Neuttro released their debut album under an Independent Label "One Star Records" named El Mundo se Detiene. Eric left the band in 2007 due to health problems and continue with other project as Cirex. Months after, they started recording Hope from a Stranger with Hansel Rodriguez on bass. The album was released on 2009 on iTunes under a new label, Sound Distorted Music Co. The bassist was again replaced, this time by Marving Flores, and at the same time they hired a second guitarist, Francis Ocasio, to promote the new material on live stage. They made an special cover of "Tantos Deseos de Ella", a single popularized by Danny Rivera in the 70's.
