The company was founded in 1999 by Muhammad Arshad and Shahid Khan. The company was first primarily a website and software development company and built websites for small to medium size enterprises. After 2001, The company ventured into Software development and Product development and developed CRMs for companies like Vodafone and NHS.

Currently, Nettech is concentrating more on developing custom products and mobile apps for medium to large corporation. Company has recently launched its flagship product Cabee soft.
Operations
Nettech has its headquarters in London and an offshore development centre in Islamabad, Pakistan. Nettech is also in process of building R&D centers in Dubai and Doha as the company extends its IT Consultancy services in Middle East.
