nCircle Network Security is an IT security company that focuses on diagnostics at the enterprise-level. It was founded by John Flowers, their chief scientist. nCircle, headquartered in San Francisco, has an estimated number of 160 employees and generated 27.2 million in revenues in 2011. nCircle President and CEO Abe Kleinfeld oversaw the signing of Visa as an early enterprise customer in 2003, and later that year made the first corporate investment in the company. The company raised investments of over $60 million, led by Menlo Ventures, Visa and others. nCircle has been listed in the Inc. 5000 and Business Insiders "100 Most Valuable, Private Companies in the World".
